Our JKD classes are suitable for beginners right through to experienced martial artists.
Each class includes a brief warm-up followed by partner drills, pad work, controlled sparring & body weight calisthenics. It's a fun & effective workout where you will burn away calories and stress, whilst learning effective self defence skills
Private Lessons
If you'd like more focused attention, then our private lessons are a perfect choice.
These personal sessions allow us to focus on your needs & interests. Just speak to your instructor about booking your 1-1 session
